We accept broadfork exchanges on request up to 30 days after purchase.

You must keep the shipping box and metal end-inserts for return; the broadfork can ship only with box and inserts.

We’ll bill you for $65 to help cover the costs of shipping (which can cost us up to $75 each direction), in addition to any price difference in the broadforks.

Warranty

We guarantee our broadforks against mechanical failure for life.

Our guarantee covers normal use of the tool, as built, for its intended purpose only.

If your broadfork becomes damaged in the course of normal use, take a photo and send it to us, along with the name of the original buyer and explanation of damage, to sales@meadowcreature.com

We can either refund the purchase price or send you a replacement.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse of the tool, including extending handles to increase leverage, use by more than one person at a time, or running over with a vehicle.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by lifting rocks larger than a loaf of bread, or removing roots larger than 1" diameter.

The warranty is void if the tool is modified in any way, such as welding additional material to the tool, lengthening handles, etc.

Purchases shipped outside the continental US

Our warranty is limited to refund of your purchase price in case of mechanical failure. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds of shipping, customs fees, taxes, or other costs above the actual price of the broadfork.
