Refund policy

Returns
For purchases made within the continental U.S., if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. 

We will deduct shipping costs from your refund, typically $50 for a 2-handle broadfork, $30 for a Raised Bed broadfork, $20 for a Digging, Border, or Weed fork. For other items, check with us.

The item does not need to be in new condition, but it must be in its original packaging.  If you have any doubt, save the packaging.

For return shipping, please repackage the product, then call or email us to schedule a pickup.

Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are not returnable.

Refunds
We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed within two business days of receiving your return.

Gifts
If the item was a gift, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping
For return shipping, please repack it in the original packaging and contact us to arrange a pickup.    You may ship it on your own to Meadow Creature LLC, attn: returns, 18850 103rd Ave SW, Vashon, WA 98070.

If you pay for shipping yourself, you will receive a full refund on the item returned.
