Our new People’s broadfork shipped promptly and arrived within a week. I used it right away and found it very well built and easy to use. We’ve had a very dry late summer, but I easily broke up the tough surface in my garden. I know this will last me for as long as I want to use it!
My new favorite tool! This broadfork is a treasure. My property consists of hard packed clay soil and the People's Broadfork did the job. Just follow the directions and as soon as you get into the swing of things the tool just works. After looking at other broadfork tools it is clear that Meadow Creature's tool is well built, sturdy and up to the task as breaking up my clay soil can be a chore - but a much easier chore using the People's Broadfork. This size broadfork worked well for me (5'11" and 200 lbs) and if I could change anything it would only be to make the handles a couple of inches longer. You won't be disappointed!
This was a gift for my daughter---she was thrilled, but has not yet had time to out it to use. Compared to others sold on line, this broadfork is solidly made to last. She can pass it down to her son!
